CONCEPT PROJECTA self-initiated concept for a fictional business, made to show how we work. Not a client engagement.

Tannery Row Physio

Names, products and people in this project are invented. Any resemblance to a real business is a coincidence.

The brief we set ourselves

Tannery Row Physio is a fictional clinic with four treatment rooms and a site that lists services as a wall of text. Patients phone to ask the same three things: what will it be like, who will treat me and how do I book. The goal we set: answer those three questions on the first screen of the right page, and make booking a single action.

Three decisions

  1. DECISION / STRUCTURE

    Pages for conditions, not specialities

Visitors search for the pain they have, not the job title of the person who treats it. The structure follows what people ask.

  2. DECISION / CONTENT

    A first-visit page

One page explains what happens in the first 45 minutes, in plain language, so nervous patients know what to expect.

  3. DECISION / INTERFACE

A booking action that never scrolls away

On mobile a single button stays within thumb reach. On desktop it sits in the header, solid and clear.

What we would make

  • Home, conditions, first-visit, team, pricing and booking pages
  • Template for condition pages that clinicians can edit
  • Accessible layouts with strong contrast and large text
  • A CMS walkthrough for the front desk
