Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

Your deposit is fully refundable until your kick-off call has taken place. Reschedule or cancel the call at least 24 hours before it. Care plans cancel at any time. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Project packages

• Before the kick-off call. You can cancel and receive your deposit in full.
• Kick-off call. You can reschedule or cancel the call free of charge up to 24 hours before it. If you cancel within 24 hours of the call, we keep 50% of the deposit and refund the rest.
• After the kick-off call. The deposit covers work started and is not refundable.
• Stopping mid-project. If you ask us to stop later, we invoice the phases completed up to that point, counted against the deposit and any other amount you have paid. If you have paid more than the work done, we refund the difference.
• Balance. The balance is invoiced at launch. It is not refundable once the site is live and delivered, except for defects we have not fixed after you reported them within 30 days of launch.

Website Care plans

You can cancel at any time from your account email to support@ministudiodesign.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months. Your site and accounts remain yours.

Add-ons

• Website Review. Refundable until we deliver the review recording. After delivery it is not refundable.
• Extra page. Follows the refund terms of the project it is added to.
• Launch SEO Setup. Follows the refund terms of the project it is added to.

If something is wrong

If we deliver something that does not match your order, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will fix it. If we cannot fix it, we will refund the part of the price that relates to it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. In test mode no payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund.
