Questions about website care
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Care plans run month to month. Cancel anytime. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. There are no partial-month refunds.
Can you care for a site you did not build?
Usually, yes. We review it first. If it is on a platform we cannot maintain safely, we tell you before you pay for a plan.
What happens to unused edit hours?
Hours do not carry over. If you often run out, the next plan up is probably cheaper than extra time.
What is not covered?
Redesigns, new features, hosting fees and platform subscriptions. We quote those separately. If a request is outside the plan, we tell you before we start.
Whose accounts are they?
Yours. We ask for access, we do not hold the accounts. If you cancel, you remove our access and keep everything.
